He died, for reasons yet to be clarified, bodybuilder Marco Cesar Aguiar Luis. The Portuguese, 46 years old, died in Cologne, Germany.  «It was in his paradise, Marco always did what he loved. He was a humble person and never hurt anyone”, recalls his wife. He defined himself as “the most pumped up ever”. He was also a coach, online motivator and influencer. «I thank everyone for the messages of affection and encouragement. I ask for understanding in this difficult moment and, please, respect”, continued his wife, asking for maximum confidentiality.
Originally from the volcanic island of Terceira (in the Azores archipelago), Marco Luis hadand a story of suffering and redemption for having managed to overcome some congenital physical problems that prevented him from playing sports. He had talked about it himself with a video on YouTube: from disabled person to winner. «I was born with physical problems that made it impossible for me to play sports and at the age of 20, when I started judo, I immediately realized that my passion was muscles. With my father’s help we made weights on concrete and started training at home. And it is at home that I have always trained, gradually purchasing weights and machines, and today, after 26 years, I have a gym with the bare minimum”, he said, proud of his journey.
“I have never trained in commercial gyms. I was natural until I was 32 because I didn’t even know what chemistry was and only at the age of 40, in 2018, I competed for the first time and I won”. Now sudden death.
