Approved the Report of the National General Secretary, Silvestro Scotti. Strongly requested to proceed quickly with the approval of the Address Act for the opening of negotiations for the Acn 2022-2024, for the adjustment of compensation to inflation and for the regulation of relations with general medicine in the implementation of the Pnrr and the Ministerial Decree 77.

The report of the National General Secretary was approved by the National Council of the Fimmg, which met in Rome on 29 June, Silvester Scotti.
In particular, the National Council expressed its approval for the relaunch and progress of the procedures for implementing the law, promoted by Fimmg, which provides for the supply of first-level diagnostic equipment to general practitioners, supported by the General Directorate of Health Planning of the Ministry, which sent the Regions the request for a detailed survey of needs.
Also shared is the need to increase the activity of Fimmg for the development of tools to support organizational autonomy, such as service companies for the supply of production factors for assistance, in order to support the creation of associative forms of general medicine and teamwork, the creation of the main offices of the AFT and Spoke, also through the projects proposed by Enpam.
Appreciation was expressed for the commitment made by the Government in addressing the problem of waiting lists, although it was considered “insufficient policies aimed only at increasing supply without at the same time qualifying demand, strengthening the role of the general practitioner in the management of healthcare pathways”.
The union has also forcefully asked Minister Orazio Schillaci, the President of the Conference of the Regions Massimiliano Fedriga, the President of the Regions-Health Sector Committee Marco Alparone and the Coordinator of the Health Commission Raffaele Donini, to proceed quickly with the approval of the Guideline Act for the opening of negotiations for the ACN 2022-2024, for the adjustment of compensation to inflation and for the regulation of relations with general medicine in the implementation of the Pnrr and the DM77.
The National Council applauds the establishment of the Aifa Table for the review, updating and simplification of the Therapeutic Plans and the Aifa Notes, of which the National Secretary Silvestro Scotti is part for FIMMG together with Roberto Venesia and Claudia Aiello, respectively coordinator and vice coordinator of the FIMMG strategic area of the Drug. In this regard, the National Council also expressed satisfaction for the appointment of Walter Marrocco, member of the Scientific and Economic Commission of Aifa, as vice-coordinator of the aforementioned table.
On Differentiated Autonomy, he hopes that the LEP relating to healthcare “can represent the necessary stimulus to achieve uniformity, equity, universality of healthcare throughout the country and in relation to this objective in the field of general medicine he recalls and underlines what has already been established by the Acn, an organizational moment and unifying element of the NHS and a guarantee instrument for citizens and operators
Finally, the National Council approved the Treasurer’s report on the 2023 financial statement, consolidated by the favorable opinion of the Board of Auditors.
