Doctor Andrea Amadori, regional manager of the Association of Extra-hospital Gynecologists (Ageo) organized a one-day conference at the Globus hotel dedicated to the knowledge of the human papilloma virus and entitled “Papilloma virus and cervical carcinoma: how to know them, how to deal with them, how communicate them”.
The theme of the meeting concerned in particular raising awareness of the need to improve the doctor-midwife-nurse-patient relationship even before the real danger of this viral infection (the human papilloma virus) was known. Over 80 professionals were present, who followed lessons and films dedicated to this problem, with counseling simulations in the presence of real theater actors, up to a philosophy lesson. “A course that had the ability to improve the perception of being doctors who take care of others, always placing themselves before the patient as trusted friends, confidants and serious professionals attentive to their most intimate weaknesses and needs in the face of certain pathologies, such as Professor Dino Amadori taught us”, explains the lawyer Giovanni Amadori
