If you have an electronic prescription prescribed by your doctor, with the «Saltutti Prenotazioni» application of the Lombardy Region (www.regione.lombardia.it) you can book health visits and diagnostic tests for yourself and for your family members from smartphone or tablet. The app is available free of charge for both Android devices (on Google play and Huawei’s App gallery) and for iOS (Apple’s App store) and allows access via a personal code (made up of four numbers, to be defined during the download) or with their credentials from the public digital identity system (Spid). In detail, the app allows you to book specialist visits and tests, view appointments, pay the ticket in health facilities integrated with the regional booking network; for private facilities accredited with the regional health service, following a booking request sent via the app, you will subsequently be called back to make an appointment.
The app also allows you to book the Antigenic and Molecular swabs, or one access per day to the analysis laboratory. When booking, the surname and name, tax code and the last five digits of the applicant’s health card must be entered (with their correctness verified by the system). With the app you can manage appointments, consulting the booking made through the regional network, or the first available dates offered by accredited public and private healthcare facilities. You can reprint reminders, just as you can always cancel appointments. However, the app does not allow you to book recipes other than electronic ones, as in the case of the red form handwritten by the doctor or without the barcode at the top left; in this case visits and exams can be booked by calling the Contact center (active from Monday to Saturday from 8.00 to 20.00, excluding holidays) on the toll-free number 800.638.638 (from a landline) and on 02.999.599 (from a mobile network) , paid at the cost provided by your tariff plan).
