Part “Healthy volunteers”a training course aimed at volunteers in our area which arises from an idea of the mixed final assessment committees and was designed in close collaboration with the management ofLocal health authority of Piacenzathe district directors and the provincial executive. “The objective – highlights the socio-health director Eleonora Corsalini – is above all to reflect and reason together on the new challenges of local healthcare and on possible methods of collaboration”.
The role of volunteering, as emerges from the training programme, could range across different areas of activity: reception and orientation; active support for experimental projects to support frailty and chronicity; cultural promotion and dissemination of information; promotion of healthy lifestyles and health. In short, “healthy volunteers” could have a very active role and become among the protagonists of the local healthcare reform, as described by ministerial decree 77 of 2022.
The program
The route includes five appointments and will leave on Tuesday 14 May, with the opening and greetings of the general director of the ASL Paola Bardasi. Open to all volunteers in the Piacenza area, the event will end on June 18th, with a workshop day of synthesis and planning of the functions of volunteering in the health and social-health system of the province of Piacenza
The meeting venue is the meeting room of the Solidarity Emporium in via Primo Maggio 62 in Piacenza, made available by the Piacenza Volunteer Services Centre, which guarantees a large internal car park.
