‘Andrea Della Cioppa is a kinesiologist, personal trainer and entrepreneur in the fitness and wellness sector. What is, first of all, the difference in terms of quality of work between following a person in person and doing so through online platforms?
«It is good to make it clear that following a client in person allows the personal trainer to monitor them more and better, especially if you have a client who is just starting out or has particular physical or pathological conditions. Another advantage in following a customer “vis a vis” is connected to the greater relationship of trust that is created over time, which turns out to be fundamental for achieving an objective; I have many clients that I follow in person and, for a good part, I have had the pleasure of working for years now. This certainly makes me proud, because I have developed a wonderful relationship with them and they experience the time they spend with me as a moment in which they come to work for themselves, understanding the important positive impact that comes from it in terms of health. However, even online and remotely, if the work is set up well, it can work very well and give a lot of quality to it.”

How do you manage online work with remote clients?
«Therefore, I manage the work online through the strong connection and cohesion of my social channels @adcsalutesport and @andreadella.c, but also through the e-commerce site (www.adcsalutesport.it), where the user can view and acquire the program directly based on your objective and needs.”

What type of program do you offer to people who ask you for help in improving their physical fitness?
«I offer training programs based on the client’s goal, gender and ability level. Furthermore, I give you the opportunity to make an initial approach via a video call with me, in which I get all the necessary information and then draw up a training program.”

Are your programs suitable for everyone?
«No, online programs, however well developed, are not suitable for everyone, unlike face-to-face work; people who present particular physical or pathological conditions are advised to have their staff physically follow them on site”.

Who are the people it is aimed at? Is there a specific target for ADCSALUTESPORT?
«First of all, I mainly address people who really want to undertake and carry out a quality path with consistency. As regards the reference target: for the female one, women who intend to improve their water retention and work on cellulite while also improving the circulatory system which is also fundamental for these problems, then there are women who want to tone up or even slightly lose weight in a adequate and maintain one’s femininity (for this reason we have both basic level programs available for those who are beginners, and advanced programs for people who have been practicing for some time or for those who with us start the journey from the basic level and want to to progress). After that, again for a female target, there are programs with a focus on the buttocks and abdominals; then we also have workouts for those who have little time available such as the abdominal/buttocks fast which can be practiced in twenty minutes, and the postural (for both men and women) for those who need to do work more aimed at a general unloading of the various structures and be able to simultaneously acquire better mobility and coordination. For men, however, we have the hypertrophy and strength program; this depends on the starting level.”

What impact has television and the world of entertainment had on your professional work? Did it have a positive impact?
«My television experiences have certainly given me popularity and visibility; However, the path that I have built for myself and that I am continuing to structure goes beyond this: I intend to combine the visibility that I have today on social media with my professional competence gained through years of work and study, which I continue to implement. This is because I recognize that social media is an important medium today and I use it not only to publish content relating to my life but also, and above all, to publish a lot about my work by providing information and helping people improve their physical fitness in a healthy way. . I must say that everything is going very well, it often happens that my contents reach an audience of a million people in the space of a month, this makes me satisfied. I give priority to the quality of information rather than the search for virality, because I strongly believe that it is much more useful also on a social level. If my contents also become viral, that’s certainly welcome.”
