A real flurry of competitions for the athletes of the Ale Colnago Team in Belgium. Lots of competitions and lots of satisfaction for the good results obtained in the “kingdom” of cyclocross. Let’s start from the 7th stage of the World Cup in Gavere where Rebecca Gariboldi achieved 27th place in the Elite Women (first of the Italians). Same result in the Elite race for Gioele Bertolini with 48th place for Alan Zanolini. Sunday 28th eighth CDM test in Dendermonde in Belgium where three athletes from the Junior category of the Modena team, directed by Milena Cavani and Eva Lechner, competed this time with the blue jersey of the national team. The thirty-year-old Nicola Azzetti entered the top ten, 7th overall and first of the Italians, Elisa Bianchi 23rd and Sara Peruta 31st (13th among the 1st year athletes). Rebecca Gariboldi also competing in the Elite with the Ale Colnago Team jersey, 18th at the finish line and once again before the Italians. Yesterday, again in Belgium, on the international Gariboldi also did well, arriving in tenth position but above all active and protagonist in the crucial phases of the race.
The Modena team also competed in Italy in Scorzé in Veneto with the youngest also in good evidence. Giulio Baccini came close to winning in the Juniors with 2nd place, Julia Kostner was also on the podium in the same category with 3rd place, Omar Berlini was also in the top ten, 10th among the 1st year students.
Ale Colnago Team that doesn’t stop and will be competing again today, Tuesday 30 December in the sixth round of the Superprestige in Diegem in Belgium.
