For those who dream of a beach house not far from Milan, the solution is certainly Liguria. Among the municipalities close to the sea we have selected Bogliasco, in the province of Genoa (2,050 €/m2), famous for the Pontetto Cliff and Albisola Superiore, in the province of Savona (€3,080/m2), in the western Ligurian Riviera, also known for the manufacturing of the ceramics of the same name. In Bogliasco the average price per square meter is around €3,553/m2; while in Albisola Superiore the request is €2,818/m2.
Houses near the lake 2 hours from Milan
Moving from the sea to the lake, the offer of locations near Milan, reachable in two hours from the city, becomes even wider. Among these we selected Iseo, on the shores of the lake of the same name, in the province of Brescia (2,240 €/m2) just an hour and a half drive from the Lombard capital, where the average price to buy a property is less than 3,000 euros per square meter (2,791 €/m2).
