JLL and Tétris Italia partner with Zebra Technologies, a company specialized in digital solutions to intelligently connect data, goods and people, in construction of the new headquarters in Viale Sarca in Milan. The new headquarters is located in the context of Open336, a newly built building for office-management use which occupies a privileged position in a former industrial area affected by urban regeneration interventions. The complex is LEED Platinum certified and was developed adopting an approach aimed at minimizing environmental impact with the aim of reducing emissions by 100% during its life cycle.

The offices, which extend over a surface area of ​​600 m2, are distributed over two floors and are characterized by a sustainable, livable interior design designed for people, in line with the characteristics of the building. The work spaces are designed to meet the modern organizational needs of work, which are increasingly less linked to a fixed desk, with multifunctional spaces capable of hosting different activities.

The lower floor houses the area reception and welcome, open-plan operational space, private offices, a conference room and other support spaces such as focus rooms, informal work and collaboration areas, as well as individual meeting spaces. The upper floor is conceived as a large work café that also serves as a relaxation area, with an adjacent terrace for informal and social moments.

All environments are designed to be flexible and welcoming, promoting professional relationships and keeping people’s well-being at the centre. The project supports new ways of working, communicates Zebra Technologies brand values ​​and creates a sense of community and belonging among people.

JLL’s Project & Development Services team collaborated in the creation, coordinating the project & construction management activities during the design and construction phases, together with Tétris which signed the interior design and oversaw the construction and construction works. personalization of spaces.
