Allegations of exploitation and degrading treatment

These managers allegedly made discriminatory comments regarding workers’ age, race, gender, sexual orientation, and nationality. Some employees were allegedly called “slaves” and “new slaves” in group chats. Milo Yiannopoulos is also accused of sending inappropriate messagesincluding dark-skinned emojis for a black employee and insults for a young co-worker.
Furthermore, Bianca Censori, Kanye West’s wife, is accused of having shared pornographic material with staffalso accessible to minors, on the occasion of the launch of a new adult film company called Yeezy Porn.
According to the complaint, the developers had been promised a sum of 120 thousand dollars upon completion of the application, provided they accepted the terms of employment without complaint.
