Does Hollywood hurt Biden? George Clooney and Julia Roberts: a dangerous embrace

Does Hollywood’s embrace of Joe Biden help or hurt him?
I want to return to a detail of a topic that I have already addressed previously, namely that great evening of fundraising for Joe Biden for his electoral campaign organized in Hollywood by two great actors who were very, very popular in America, throughout the world: George Clooney and Julia Roberts.
It is confirmation that the heart of Hollywood beats on the left. However, there are also a couple of small problems in this that concern Biden’s electoral campaign. The first is precisely her affinity with the world of multimillionaire celebrities. Just think that due to a rather fortuitous calendar coincidence, just when Biden was in Hollywood surrounded by wealthy celebrities from the world of entertainment, Donald Trump had gone to campaign in none other than a black church, an African-American church. Because at the moment Trump is managing to capture a growing share of support in the African-American community, where some issues such as immigration control, security and public order appeal to black Americans who usually vote Democrat.
This contrast between Donald Trump in a black community, Biden surrounded by Hollywood millionaires is just not ideal. It’s not the best sight you can see.
The other element concerns the age factor and that is: it was noted that on that fundraising evening which brought no less than 30 million dollars to Joe Biden’s campaign, Clooney and Julia Roberts were more or less representative of the age group of the actors who had come to support their candidate, the Democrat Biden. Here, the young people were missing. And this is a bit of a reflection of a more general problem of the entire Democratic electoral campaign which not only in Hollywood, not only in the world of entertainment,
with the very important exception of Taylor Swift, in general he doesn’t make it in the youth world, which is actually very critical of this president. For example, for the choices he made in Gaza, military aid to Israel. And so Hollywood’s embrace of Biden is a dangerous and perhaps, in some respects, even counterproductive embrace.
