Milanese walk for Adam Sandler and Bagel, his English bulldog, a true celebrity dog. The American actor always brings his four-legged friend with him. In the past he had other dogs: Meatball, Matzo Ball and Babu. And everyone was part of his life, following him on the sets. Fans have been waiting for the actor, to this day the highest paid star in Hollywood (his earnings of 73 million euros in 2023), outside his hotel in the Lombardy metropolis. Him, wearing a comfortable and sporty clothing (light blue Bermuda shorts and t-shirt) e coffee in handhe returned the affection with smiles, selfies and autographs.
Just a few days ago the star was in Caorso, Emilia Romagna together with George Clooney filming a new film in which they will star. Among the stops, Caorso station, on the line between Piacenza and Cremona. On Monday 6 May Clooney blew out 63 candles while working and enjoying a game of basketball with his friend. The film set was also set up at Milan Central Stationwhere the pair of actors was spotted on platform 20 wearing 90s clothes, to the amazement of fans who filmed them with their cell phones.
The next stops will be in Tuscany, in Arezzo, Pienza and Val D’Orcia, where they are expected between 17 and 30 May. The film is signed by the director and screenwriter Noah Baumbach, a talent of American indie cinema, now working at Netflix, which should involve a stellar cast: in addition to Clooney and Sandler, Laura Dern, Elvis Presley’s niece Riley Keough (daughter of Lisa Marie and Danny Keough) and the Italian Alba Rohrwacher. The working title of the film is «Jay Kelly», like the name of the protagonist played by Clooney. Meanwhile, Adam Sandler is enjoying these days in Milan together with Bagel, surrounded by the warmth of the fans.
