Kate Middleton and the Prince William they celebrate theirs today, April 29th wedding anniversary. It’s been 13 years since King Charles and Kate’s eldest son married in Westminster Abbey. A fairytale ceremony followed by millions of people around the world.
The couple, beloved by their subjects, later had three children: George, who is now 10 years old and the future heir to the British throne, Charlotte8 years old, and the little one Louis, 6 years old. Now, the bad news: Kate Middleton, as she herself announced, has a cancer and is undergoing a cycle of chemotherapy. The family then moved to Adelaide Cottage to face treatment and live this difficult time in peace: “We hope you understand that, as a family, we now need some time, space and privacy while I continue my treatment”, the princess had said.

And right now, coinciding with Kate and William’s anniversary, as the Mirrorthose words resonate, a sort of omen, of Prince Harrywho in his autobiography, Spare, he wrote that on their wedding day he had a “chilling thought.” During the car ride with William from Clarence House to Westminster Abbey, Harry said, “I peered out of the window: Westminster Abbey. As always , yes it is me stomach turned. I thought: there’s nothing worse than that to get married in the same place where you have celebrated your mother’s funeral. I glanced at Willy. Was he thinking the same thing?
