Prestigious location, the exclusive Oswald’s private club in Mayfair, with super VIP guests who enjoyed dinner, drinks and cocktails until the morning, around 3 thousand bottles of Château Mouton Rothschild, the birthday girl’s favorite Bordeaux, five hundred bottles of champagne and a gigantic cake of birthday. David spared no expense and it seems that he spent a total of around 250 thousand pounds (as the Daily Mail writes). The only small hitch: despite all her efforts, the foot that Victoria broke in recent weeks and which forced her to rely on her crutches had not healed enough for her to abandon them completely. But the Posh Girl still wanted to wear stilettos for the occasion.
Spice reunions
Two years ago, in November 2022, Spice Girls fans were back to dreaming with another reunion on the occasion of another fiftieth anniversary, that of Geri Halliwell. For the occasion, Victoria Beckham joined Mel C and Emma to celebrate their partner together. However, Mel was missing. B.
In 2012 the five girls reunited for the closing ceremony of the Olympic Games in London where they sang two of their biggest hits: “Wannabe” and “Spice up your life”. Subsequently in 2019 they reunited for a commemorative tour with dates in Ireland and the United Kingdom in which Victoria did not participate despite giving her approval.
Thirty years of Spice Girls
This year the Spice Girls celebrate the 30th anniversary of their debut. With the usual tom tam, based on revelations from insiders and alleged sources, the British tabloids have repeatedly talked about a reunion of the five former Spices for a series of dates on a celebratory tour. But the news has remained just a rumor for now. Recently, however, Mel B, during the television program “Loose Women”, seems to have confirmed that the Spice Girls will meet again on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the founding of the girl band.
“We’re definitely going to do something,” she said. “I’m probably going to get silenced now, but I’ve said it now… We’ll announce something later this year. Now I’m really screwed!”
The group last toured in 2019, without Victoria.
The iconic band formed in 1994 before disbanding in February 2001, when the five girls launched solo careers.
