In Italy, it is noted that NewPrinces has completed the acquisition of 100% of Plasmon from Heinz Italia, an Italian subsidiary of The Kraft Heinz Company, announced on July 9, 2025. The newly established company Plasmon controls the activities relating to the production, packaging, marketing, sale and distribution of baby food and specialized nutrition products, including the Plasmon, Nipiol, BiAglut, Aproten and Dieterba brands, as well as the production plant in Latina.
