Maserati has also decided to “give in” to new technologies and has presented a model that has already amazed with its performance.
It’s an important time for Maserati, which in a short time has produced some models that will drive the sales of the Italian brand in the coming years. After the battery-powered versions of GranTurismo and Grecale, the time has come for the grand launch of the GranCabrio Folgore, its first 100% electric convertible. In fact, like its “sister” GranTurismo, from which it is derived, it combines the typical sportiness of Maserati with the comfort of a flagship, keeping faith with tradition. We are talking about a car from the luxury segment 202 thousand euroswhich presents many technical solutions derived from Formula E. Starting from 800 V technology and three 300 kW permanent magnet motors. One front and two rear engines, for a total power of 1,200 HP which make it one of the fastest Maseratis ever.
Made in Mirafiori, this car does extensive use of lightweight materials, for example aluminum and magnesium, along with high-performance steel.
