L’Revenue Agency introduced a new system to notify citizens with a personalized message on IL’App of public services developed and managed by PagoPA. Through the application they will arrive personalized messages on refunds arriving, deadlines of contracts, fulfillments And installments, undelivered communications. The warnings also concern qualifications given to trusted people for access to their reserved area and some at your place to remember. The intent is not just to help citizens remember deadlines; the use of the IO app will allow the Revenue Agency to send you into retirement messages via text message and email which can lend themselves to campaigns phishingi.e. a false communications aimed at fraudulently “stealing” personal data.
What is the new Tax “memo” and how does it work
For now they are activated two types Of notifications. The first is “Communications for you“, personalized alerts regarding tax issues of interest to the recipient of the message, such as, for example, the arrival of a reimbursementThe failure to deliver of a communication from the Agency or information on the qualification of a trusted person to act on your behalf in the reserved area of the Agency website. The second is “Your Deadlines“, i.e. reminders, also in this case personalized, relating, for example, to the approach of the expiration of a rental agreement or the payment of a installment.
Which messages will arrive on the IO App
In more detail, in the initial phase, the communications which will be sent via the app are the following: Your refund is on the way; a trusted person has access to your reserved area (activation of authorization for trusted person); the authorization for the person of trust you authorized has been revoked; remember to pay the registration tax (rentals); the lease is about to expire; remember to pay the installment (tax installment on income subject to separate taxation); remember to pay the installment (payment in installments of the amount due following an automated check); remember to pay the installment (payment in installments of the amount due following a formal check); you have received the settlement of a judicial document.
Messages on will also be active missed deliveries of communication on separate taxation come on irregularities (relating to the automated control of the declaration). In the future the range of information will be expanded with other types of notifications.
