The municipal administration of Abbasanta, in collaboration with the library, participates at the XIV Edition of Maggio dei Libri “Books bloom in May” And it brings out many events. They will all be held at 6pm in Piazza della Vittoria.
It starts on May 3rd with the presentation of Alessandra Marchi’s book “The ways of Sufism towards Mediterranean Europe. Paths of conversion, diffusion and social transformation”. He will dialogue with the author Manuela Lucchesu. On May 10th it will be Francesco Giorgioni’s turn with “Libero, the Sardinian who traveled the world by bicycle” with Libero Manca. He will dialogue with the author Roberto Virdis. On May 17th a reading workshop will be offered for primary school children. Also on the 17th, an educational conference will be held with Lorenzo Braina. It will address the theme “Like, social media and mobile phones: educating in the time of the image”.
The presentations of the books resume on May 24th with the text “The little girl in the wind” by Maurizio Onnis and Luca Crippa. Fabio Forma will talk to them. It closes on May 31st with “The legacy of evil – last gift of a murderer” by Matteo Manca. Riccardo Scintu will talk to him.
