The terraces will also provide outdoor spaces to enjoy impressive views of the city

One of the most notable features of the project is the public square that will be built under the skyscraper. This space will be adorned with lush green areas, areas to rest and enjoy the surroundings, as well as art exhibitions that will add a cultural touch to the urban environment. Furthermore, it is expected to integrate opportunities for local businesses, thus promoting economic activity and community spirit in the area.

As for the aesthetics of the building, it will comeo used high quality materials and technologies cutting edge to ensure sustainable and energy efficient design. With a high-performance envelope and durable materials, the skyscraper will not only be visually impressive, but also environmentally friendly, thus meeting modern building standards and sustainability concerns.

Urban revitalization

The importance of this project does not go unnoticed by local authorities. New York Mayor Eric Adams expressed his enthusiasm for the contribution this skyscraper will make to the city. Not only is it expected to create more than 6,000 jobs, but it is also seen as a revitalization of Midtown Manhattan, cementing its position as one of the world’s leading business centers and an economic engine for the city’s working community.

Furthermore, the arrival of Citadel as a tenant of the building, with an occupancy of 78,967 m2, promises to add an element of prestige and solidity to the company, attracting other renowned companies and thus strengthening New York’s position as a center of activity global trade.
