This majestic building, recently completed, exceeds by 30 meters what until recently was the first on the list, the Abeno Harukas in Osaka, consolidating its leading position in the imposing urban panorama of Tokyo and Japan.

The project, conceived by the renowned architectural firm Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects and developed by Mori Building Company, represents a significant investment estimated at 580 billion yen (approximately 4.4 billion dollars). The building, with work starting in 2019, it fits into the context of the Azabudai Hills complex, initially known as the Toranomon-Azabudai districtlocated in the Toranomon business district of Minato District.

The Azabudai Hills Tower is not limited to being a simple skyscraper, but is configured as a true vertical “urban village”, integrating various functions and services within it.

In addition to spaces for offices and apartments, the facility houses a medical institute, a luxurious hotel by Aman Resorts, restaurants, shops and the renowned British School in Tokyo. One notable aspect is the commitment to environmental sustainability demonstrated by the complex. About 30% of its total surface areaequal to 2.4 hectares, is dedicated to green spaces, offering an oasis of tranquility and well-being in the heart of the metropolis. The Azabudai Hills Mori JP Tower is not only an architectural icon, but also a response to the global challenges of urbanization and city life in the 21st century.
