There is also the Northern League deputy Antonio Angelucci at the Fratelli d’Italia programmatic conference where the prime minister will soon be held Giorgia Meloni will announce his application in the European elections. Angelucci showed up backstage, on the beach Pescara right next to the main hall, and spoke for a few minutes with the deputy prime minister Antonio Tajani and with the Minister of Agriculture Francesco Lollobrigida.
A presence that raises some perplexity given that Angelucci, deputy of the Northern League and entrepreneur of private clinics in Lazio, is in negotiation with Eni to acquire the news agency Act. Meloni is also backstage. Who knows if the two have talked about the issue. Last Thursday at Brussels the prime minister had explained that she knew nothing about it.
Yesterday right on the sidelines of a panel on Mattei Plan moderated by Mario Sechithe CEO of Eni Claudio Descalzi has confirmed the negotiation: “We haven’t decided yet, we’re doing it ratings”, Descalzi explained to reporters. Then he added that the preliminary contract has not yet been signed but that negotiations are certainly underway: “We are a company and not a publisher – he continues – we are making our assessments, seeing if there are other interesting companies”. And again: “In the last ten years we have had several offers but they were not considered appropriate”. Sechi passes by, who could return to direct Agi again with Angelucci, greets everyone and laughs: “We are always here…”
