This would be a 44-year-old woman of Central American origin, resident in Sant’Ambrogio, in via del Casluncio. The Prosecutor’s Office has ordered an autopsy.
A 44-year-old woman was found dead in her home in Varese. The lifeless body was discovered on the evening of Friday 26 April in the Sant’Ambrogio district.
The Carabinieri from the operations department and the survey team intervened on site. Investigations are still underway to clarify the causes of death, which at the moment they do not appear to be due to external causes.
The Prosecutor’s Office has ordered an autopsy which will be carried out on Monday. The victim is a woman of South American origins.
The apartment where the woman was found is located in via del Casluncio. Residents noticed an unusual coming and going of emergency vehicles and police on Friday evening.
The investigations are conducted by the Carabinieri of the Varese Command, with the support of the operations department and the investigation team of the investigative unit. At the moment no hypothesis is excluded, but the autopsy examination will be fundamental to determine the causes of death.
The tragic event caused dismay in the Sant’Ambrogio neighborhood.
