The dramatic accident occurred on the afternoon of Saturday 20 April 2024 at the Swan Boat Club in Newport, Monroe County, Michigan. According to local media reports, the car crashed into the place where a children’s party had been organised.

The driver was arrested, she was drunk
As explained by the sheriff Troy Goodnough the woman driving the car was drunk and was arrested. She is a 66-year-old who is now being held in the Monroe County Jail awaiting formalization of charges.
“The vehicle hit the north wall of the structure, entering the building,” reconstructed Goodnough who revealed that there is evidence that the woman may have been drinking in a nearby bar before the accident which occurred in the Swan Boat Club in Newport.
A few hours later, as we told you, another party was stained with blood in Memphis, with two people opening fire in a park where 200-300 people were celebrating. The toll is two dead and at least 14 injured.
