Sky and Discovery ready for the Olympics: 10 more Eurosport channels for Sky subscribers, also in 4K

Sky and Warner Bros. Discovery strengthen their multi-year collaborative relationship by increasing the number of Eurosport channels offered on Sky to follow the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. In total there will be ten channels, one of which in 4K.

Seven channels in HD and one in 4K are added to the “historic” Eurosport 1 and Eurosport 2 on Sky for a total of over 1000 more hours of live broadcast, and with many contents also on demand.

From May 26th, on the occasion of Roland-Garros, an additional 4K channel will be offered which will remain active for the two weeks of the prestigious tennis tournament.

Going into detail, the additional Eurosport channels in HD for the Paris 2024 Olympics will be available to all Sky customers (included in their subscription) and will also be visible on Sky Go. However, Sky has not given a timescale for the activation of the channels.

The Eurosport 4K channel, which will be switched on for Roland-Garros and the Olympic Games, will be available at no additional cost to Sky customers with an optional Sky HD 4K/Sky Ultra HD service active.
