Starting from 1 July 2024, the new fixed taxi rates will come into force for connections between the city of Milan and the airports and the Fiera. The increases are calculated based on inflation and this year are 3.64 percent. From 31 July the price per kilometer and the initial cost of journeys will also increase.

They come into force starting today, Monday 1 July, the new fixed taxi fares for connections with Malpensa, Linate and Orio al Serio airports and with FieraThis is an adjustment provided for by regional law 35 of 2014 modulated on the basis of the trend of inflation. This year’s increase is equal to 3.64 percent, while last year it was 6.23 percent. Starting from 31 July, however, the cost per kilometer will also increase from 1.28 euros to 1.32 euros and the initial cost of day and night trips.
By how much taxi trips will increase in Milan from July 2024
As foreseen by resolution number 2,569 published by the Lombardy Region last 17 June, starting from 1 July the fixed taxi fares will change, in particular for trips to and from the airports and the Fiera. He deals with it Milan-Malpensa now it’s expensive 114 euroinstead of 110 euros, while Milan-Orio al Serio goes from 122 euros to 128 euro. With regard to nuts, the connection with Fair costa 68 euro (first 64 euros) and with Malpensa 128 euro (first 124 euros).
The price adjustment was calculated based on the inflation recorded by Istat. The resolution, however, also establishes that each taxi driver must apply the new tariff adapt your own taximeter and the signage which informs the customer.

The changes will be completed next July 31stwhen the cost per kilometer and the initial costs of the journeys will rise. Each kilometer will cost 1.32 euros (instead of 1.28 euros) and the cost for 60 minutes 34.48 euros (instead of 33.27 euros). The initial cost of the rides during the hours daytime will go from 3.90 euros to 4,10 eurowhile in the hours nocturnal it will cost 7,90 euros (previously 7.60 euros). Finally, the initial cost of the ride during i holidays during the day it goes from 6.40 euros to 6,60 euro.
