Danger of fires, alarm from the regional civil protection

The regional Civil Protection has issued a code yellow fire alert bulletin (medium danger) for today, Saturday 8 June.
“The conditions – the Sardinian Prociv points out – are such that once the trigger has occurred, the event, if promptly addressed, can be countered with the deployment of ordinary ground forces possibly integrated by the use of light aircraft from the Region”.
The western and northern slopes are the most at risk according to what emerges from the infographic released by the Region.
