Taylor Barnard wins the Monaco F2 Sprint Race with extraordinary conduct. Antonelli did well, fourth place and fastest lap.

The front rows begin they pass Turn 1 unscathed, but the same cannot be said for Martins. The French starts off badly and in the melee of the Holy Devotee she breaks her wing and then ends up against the barriers. The intervention of the Safety Car is necessary to remove the car, but already on lap 3 the race resumes. The ranking ahead remains that of the start: Barnard precedes Bortoleto and Hauger, fourth Antonelli.

On lap 6 Pepe Marti hits the barriers in the second chicane of the swimming pools ed it’s Safety Car again. The race resumes on the ninth lap, but after just two rounds the race is again neutralized due to debris from Verschoor’s car: it is Virtual Safety Car.

After the restart, the race continues to offer few emotions. About halfway through the race, Oliver Bearman confirms his bad moment with the F2 car. The Englishman loses his car at the entrance to the last corner e hits barriers with the left side, which is slightly damaged. Everything is still going smoothly up front, with Barnard pulling ahead of Bortoleto who continues to argue with the port chicane.

Barbadian is visibly nervous and he proves it two laps later at Rascasse. The world championship leader blocks the tires and O’Sullivan crashesand is then rear-ended in turn by Crawford. Maini is blocked by Maloney’s car and the two obstruct the Rascasse: Red flag with 6 laps to go.

After a long interruption the race restarts with procedure rolling start, and everyone passes in front without overtaking. In the rear fight O’Sullivan and Bearmanwho leads with the crooked steering wheel due to the accident earlier. In the following laps Barnard extends and puts himself in a position to win the race easily. First points for him, ahead of Bortoleto and Hauger. Fourth Antonelliwhich also gets the fast lap at the last step.
