The girl discovered in 2022 that she had stage four cancer and so created a list of wishes to fulfill before she died
Maddy Baloya young American TikToker, is died at the age of 26 due to a malignant tumor with whom he had been living since 2022. In fact, Maddy has always used social media to be able to share every day of her life with her followers. This method filled the girl with courage and helped her find support and strength. Boyfriend Louis Risher told People that the girl “died peacefully, surrounded by love”. He held her hand all day, providing all the support he could.
Before discovering the disease, Maddy was a kindergarten teacher. His life changed dramatically in the summer of 2022 when he began to suffer from stomach problems. Diet changes didn’t help. Until the girl was rushed to the hospital after vomiting blood: thus she received the diagnosis that no one would ever want to receive. At this point, Maddy decided to documenting his entire fight against cancer on TikTok. In her first video she introduces herself: “Hi, my name is Madison and I have stage 4 terminal cancer. It’s in my large intestine, my small intestine, my uterus, my ovaries, basically the entire lower half of my body is filled with cancer“.
Before dying, Maddy managed to get some satisfaction. One of her greatest wishes was to meet the chef Gordon Ramsay and she managed to achieve it in February, when the chef and TV face invited her to his restaurant. Ramsay himself joined the many messages of condolence published on social media in these hours after the news of her death spread: “I am truly speechless for the sad news. Knowing that we were able to make one of her dreams come true will always make me happy. We send all our love to her boyfriend and her family.”
