Tomorrow, Sunday 5 May, the citizens of Sorrento are invited to participate in the last appointment with the Itinerant Ecological Island of the Penisolaverde Treasure, organized in collaboration with the Municipality of Sorrento. After the success of the events in Piazza Lauro and Casarlano, tomorrow we will go to Priora, next to the parish church, where the company’s operators will be there from 10am to 12.30pm.
On this occasion, citizens will have the opportunity to make a concrete gesture for the environment by disposing of domestic waste oil. As a sign of gratitude for the contribution to sustainability, the municipal administration will offer in exchange a bottle of high quality extra virgin olive oil, produced by renowned local companies, for every 10 liters delivered. It will also be possible to receive envelopes for separate paper collection.

I hope that the citizens respond in large numbers, as always.”
