New recruiting day of the Friuli Venezia Giulia Region to encourage the meeting between job supply and demand: it will be held Wednesday 29 May in Prata di Pordenone and will concern the profiles searched by Friul Carvings, leading company in the production of furniture components.
The sought after figures they are those of machine operators, electromechanical maintenance workers, warehouse workers, drivers with CE and CQC licenses, kit furniture workers and junior management engineers. In Fvg, since the beginning of 2024, they have been organized 16 recruiting daysfor a total of 1580
jobs and with the involvement of almost 110 companies. Four more are expected in June. “The overall strategy of the Region to provide answers to people and businesses which is divided into a range of tools – commented the regional councilor, Alessia Rosolen -, including the support for conciliation and the attraction of talentwhich makes use of the specific regional law, co-planned training and the higher education system”.
In addition to having reiterated theanachronism of the quotas of immigrant workers compared to the real needs of the labor market, the councilor also returned to the May Day themes highlighting how the solution to the fundamental issues of wages and safety must find a ground for discussion and elaboration within the framework of social responsibility, the principle of which they are companies, workers’ organizations and institutions participate.
