Dismay in Impruneta at the sudden death of Riccardo Biagi. The mayor: “He loved the San Luca Fair”

IMPRUNETA – The news arrived unexpectedly in Impruneta today, Thursday 2 May: Riccardo Biagihe left suddenly.

He would have turned 65 on May 26th.

A very present character in the associative life of Impruneta, he was part of the historical nucleus of the Fiera di San Luca Association.

The mayor also remembers it, Riccardo Lazzerini.

“Riccardo Biagi has left us – writes Lazzerini – and I would simply like to remember him as a person devoted to the country”.

“Never too much of a protagonist – he adds – but present and decisive, especially in the world of his beloved Fiera di San Luca. A big hug to his family.”

The Piattello Green Cultural Recreational Club also remembers him with words of sincere affection.

“We are writing another very sad page – they say – today you suddenly left, leaving us surprised in pain”.

“We will miss you Biagio – they continue from Piattello Green – with all your advice and your help always in the background, have a good trip”.

“Heartfelt condolences – they conclude addressing the family – and a big hug from all of us at Santina And Matthias. Hello Riccardo”.

From tomorrow, Friday 3 May, from 3 pm the body will be exhibited at the chapel of Misericordia in Impruneta.

The funeral will be held on Saturday 4 May at 3pm.
