Saturday 4 May at 5pm, in the parish church of San Bernardo Abate in Moltedothe diocesan historical archive directed by the doctor Alma Oleariin collaboration with Lucis Forms directed by the architect Castore Sirimarcowill present “Memories of ink”.

The documents of the historical archive of the diocese of Albenga-Imperia tell the works of art of the Parish of San Bernardo Abate. Through archival sources the history of the parish of Moltedo and its works of art: the documents from which the information relating to the population and the historical context in which the current artistic and cultural heritage of the splendid church was established will be visible.

THE expert speakers on these topics there will be Dr. Alma Oleari and Dr. Roberta Bani; Paolo Zanelli will read some passages taken from the documents. In conclusion Don Emanuele Caccia will illustrate the most significant paintings of the church of San Bernardo Abate: The Holy Family by Anton Van Dyck and Sant’Isidoro Agricola by Gregorio de Ferrari. Refreshments will follow.
