THEThe Municipality of Castelluccio Valmaggiore is preparing to welcome the in-depth seminar entitled “The fire of free thought: Giordano Bruno”, scheduled for Friday 3 May 2024, at 6.00 pm, in the prestigious “Rocco Grilli” council room.
The event, organized by the Libero Pensiero Giordano Bruno association and by CSV Foggia, with the patronage of the municipal administration, aims to explore the figure and ideas of Giordano Bruno, great thinker of the Renaissance.
After the mayor’s greetings Pasquale Marchesewill intervene Lorenzo Scillitani, professor of Philosophy of Law at the University of Molise, who will delve into the role of Giordano Bruno in the philosophical history of ideas. The moderation of the event is entrusted to the teacher Piersalvatore Serena.

His courage and audacity in confronting the ideas of his time make him a symbol of great inspiration. I am pleased that our Municipality can host such a significant event, which promotes knowledge and debate on fundamental issues for society”.
