For some years, the Night of the Book has been celebrated at the SEI San Nicolò di Fiume. A very fun event for the students who participate and who have the opportunity to spend a different night than usual together with their classmates. They briefly told us how this year went. “Thursday 25 April was a very special evening for us, little Nicolini, because we spent the night at school. This is an opportunity to celebrate Book Night in a valid and certainly fun way. After the 7pm gathering, we began various activities in honor of the 150th anniversary of the birth of Ivana Brlić-Mažuranić, considered the best-known Croatian writer in the field of children’s literature. Afterwards we had dinner, danced and played in the school gym. At the end of this beautiful evening, it was time to put on my pajamas and fall asleep, letting myself be carried away by reading another story. The goodnight one.”

At school…in my pajamas.
