The Democratic party Of Imperia intervenes with a note regarding the Ligurian healthcare. In detail, the PD points the finger at the management of Giovanni Toti And Angelo Gratarola.
Healthcare, the Imperia PD criticizes the Toti-Gratarola management

And the shelf maneuveror the deficit is indicative of the choices of the Council. The largest cut, with 35.5 million euros, is received by healthcare: one impressive figure equal to all additional production demand of companies the exams and health services.
This money will not be there and next year the conditions of the National Health Fund they will, unfortunately, be even more dramatic. To make up for the remaining part of the deficit the choice is to cut funding to companies and local authorities.
18 million euros will be lost for community programming: European Social Fund, European Regional Development Fund, Rural Development Programme.
Municipal projects are being hit, often already presented, with a cut of 10 million euros from the Regional Strategic Fund. In short, Toti succeeded in the feat of making a deficit and increasing the waiting lists, not guaranteeing in practice the right to health.
In fact, in 2023 there are waiting lists increased by 850 thousand performance while 120 thousand Ligurians have given up treatment due to economic difficulties.
A dramatic factwhich certifies the public health failure under the government of Toti. And it further certifies the failure of the model healthcare governance.
Alisa is the most extraordinary example of this. A company with a budget of 400 million euros a year and over 200 employees who from being a healthcare coordination entity has become a coordinated tool used by others, a front company that increases costs and does not take responsibility.
The PD puts forward some simple but concrete proposals: eliminate ALISA and with it the castle of Chinese boxes built around healthcare.
Resources are recovered without cutting services, without external consultancy and advisors, but with an open discussion with trade unions and public organizations assistance that is about to raise the white flaga, to manage the most acute phase of this crisis with a truth operation on public health which Toti, with his choices, is leading to disaster.”
