At Palazzetto dei Nobili “How to defend the world of children and young people (8 / 18 years) from psychological disorders”
“We present this important initiative to you and invite everyone to a new and significant event promoted by Veronica Gaia Association of Orio for Research and the Fight against Youth Depression (ODV Voluntary Organization – ETS Third Sector Body). Our goal is to relaunch the role of volunteering in networking with institutions, to make young people and their families feel close.
Our association is on the field and we are sending a strong message: VOLUNTEERING, THROW YOUR HEART BEYOND THE OBSTACLE.
The meeting focuses on a complex topic with questions to which it is difficult to give solitary answers.
“How to defend the world of children and young people (8 / 18 years) from psychological disorders”.
We aim to focus our attention on the places of discomfort:
In family; In the society; In SCHOOL INSTITUTIONS; In the DEI COMMUNITY
EVEN.
On the issues of psychological distress: false ideologies (MASCHILISM, HOMOPHOBIA, GENDER-BASED VIOLENCE, RACISM,
“WHITE PRIMATISM”): From NIHILISM to DEPRESSION and its serious symptoms;
From AGGRESSIVITY towards people and VANDALISM: From SUBSTANCE ABUSE;
• From BULLYING and CYBERBULLYING;
• From IGNORANCE and EDUCATIONAL POVERTY;
From SELF-HARM and the dangers deriving from the emulation of dangerous CHALLENGES (OR ONLINE CHALLENGES) spread online among very young people, such as the BLUE WHALE, the BLACKOUT CHALLENGE, the CHOKING GAME, etc.
The meeting develops through a public interview with the journalist and writer
NICOLA’S ANGEL to Prof FERDINANDO DI ORIO President of the Association.
The debate will be coordinated by the Hon STEFANIA PEZZOPANE Vice President of the Volunteer Association.
