The soldiers of the Sant’Elia Fiumerapido Carabinieri Station arrested a 33-year-old from Cassina already known to the police in flagrante delicto.

The man, already subjected to the application of the electronic surveillance bracelet, regardless of the prohibitions that had been imposed on him, appeared in a clear state of agitation under his ex-partner’s house, ordering her to come down to talk, threatening that, otherwise, he would set fire to the house but, thanks to the immediate intervention of the military, he was blocked, arrested, and accompanied, in a very direct manner, before the Court of Cassino which ordered him to be placed under house arrest

In Atina, the Carabinieri of the local station carried out an application order of the precautionary measure of the ban on approaching the offended party with application of the electronic bracelet, issued by the GIP of the Court of Cassino against a 60-year-old, resident in a municipality in the Valle di Comino, already known to the police, is being investigated for mistreatment in the family towards his adult cohabiting daughter.

The investigations, started after the woman’s complaint, allowed the Carabinieri to reconstruct the events and collect serious indications of guilt against the suspect, who continued to persecute her daughter with oppressive behavior despite already receiving a warning from part of the Police Commissioner of Frosinone.
