Explosion at a military base in Iraq, US and Israel deny any involvement. One dead and eight injured

There were no drones or planes in the air at the time of the explosion at the military base in central Iraq that hosts troops
of the army and former pro-Iranian paramilitaries of Hachd al-Chaabi, integrated into the regular Iraqi forces. He did it
the Iraqi government learned after the country’s Islamic Resistance had spoken of a ‘bombing’ and Tel Aviv and Washington had denied any involvement. Security sources specified that the raid resulted in “one death and eight injuries” among the base forces.
Iraq’s Islamic Resistance had announced that it had launched drones against the Israeli city of Eliat in response to “the violation of Iraqi sovereignty by the Zionist enemy.” In a video released on social media – and relaunched by numerous media – the Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced that it had launched some drones against “a target
vital”. “The attack – says the group that brings together a series of pro-Iranian Iraqi forces – is the response to the violation
of Iraqi sovereignty by the Zionist enemy and its attack against the Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF)”.
