The regional leaders of the Green and Left Alliance in a note ask the Termolese centre-left to be included in the political table to discuss the choice of mayoral candidate for the next municipal elections. The note highlights the importance of participation and pluralistic representation in the decision-making process, thus ensuring greater inclusiveness and representativeness in political choices.
«In view of the recent press reports and the informal discussions with our local representatives, as well as the desire expressed by the national bodies of our parties to review the choice of the candidate for mayor of Termoli previously advanced, and considering the importance of extending the alternative coalition to the centre-right, as well as to the parties and civic forces that we represent, we urgently ask for the convening of an ad horas political working table. The objective will be to identify a unitary mayoral candidate.
Aware of the urgency of offering the city of Termoli and its citizens a solid proposal ready to immediately face the electoral challenge, we are available now to evaluate the opportunity to select the mayoral candidate among the political profiles proposed by our parties and by civic movements”.
