We receive and publish – On Tuesday 23 April at the “Peppino Impastato” Library, organized by the Department of Public Education and Culture in collaboration with the ITSAgro Foundation and the ITSSI Xellence Foundation, a meeting will be held with the students of the fourth and fifth classes of secondary schools of the territory.
“The objective is to orient the children – commented the councilor for Public Education and Culture, Margherita Frappa – in a delicate moment in the life of every student. It will be a space for discussion to learn about and interpret the world of work, prepare for entry into the production system and learn useful tools for looking for a job or for continuing with a university course. The Foundation and ItsAgro and the ITSSI Xellence Foundation will present their training proposal which fits well with the territorial vocation of Southern Etruria”.
“The Foundations – continued Frappa – offer two-year higher education courses, project work and in-company experiences, making use of teachers and industry professionals in the agri-food and business sectors. The path allows you to obtain an EQF level V diploma and a portfolio of papers and personal skills, in addition to the precious network of professional contacts, with a wide possibility of placement which, to date, from Indire data, appears to be around 80 % one year after graduation”.
The meeting will start at 9:00 am with, after the institutional greetings, the presentation of the ITSAgro and ITSSI Xellence courses; at 2.30pm it will be the turn of “Let’s talk to businesses”, while at 3.30pm “Fuori Classe” will be the presentation of the training of the GOL courses, aimed at the unemployed, unemployed, recipients of income support (inclusion income and naspi).
