Dear Director, I am a holidaymaker from Barzio, nei condominiums in via Todeschini. For years, to go to the town center I have gone through the famous shortcut for us condominiums that from Via Todeschini takes us to the upper street that goes towards Piazza di Barzio.
I arrived last night for the weekend and having to go to town I took the shortcut again this morning.
I was shocked when I saw that they have it cut all the plants near the shortcut.
I also learned that after the cutting, two plants fell inside the nearby condominium.
I asked myself who had this brilliant idea and they told me that the plants were cut down the week before Easter by the Municipality.
There was a corner of lush nature near the house and they razed it to the ground.
With what criteria and why did they completely cut everything? And who allowed it? But what madness!
To brutalize a corner of the town that was a marvel in this way is incompetent!
If Barzio is a tourist town, in its intentions but above all in facts, it has certainly not demonstrated it.
