Abby Hansel and her sister Brittany are one of the few pairs of dicephalic conjoined twins: they share their entire body, including their internal organs. One controls the right side, the other the left. They were born in 1990 in Minnesota and at the time of birth they did not undergo separation surgery, as it was considered too risky by their parents.
