From 29 April 2024, subject to any changes, TIM will launch the new rechargeable mobile offer for some of its existing rechargeable mobile network customers xTe 200 5G.
The new ad personam offer can also be offered to TIM customers who have already activated the offers xTe 50 5G at 9.99 euros per month, xTe 70 5G at 12.99 euros per month and xTe 100 5G at 14.99 euros per month.
TIM xTE 200 5G provides unlimited minutes of national voice traffic every month to all national mobile and landline numbers, 200 SMS to all national numbers e 200 Giga of internet traffic in 4G and 5G (of which 20 Giga to also be used in Roaming in European Union countries) a 16.99 euros per month.
Compared to the other xTe 5G versions, a bundle of 200 SMS is therefore provided to all national landline and mobile numbers. Once the number of SMS included in the month is exceeded, the conditions of the basic tariff plan apply.
The offers ad personam they cannot be activated by everyone and can be proposed via SMS, via the MyTIM Mobile App, Do It Yourself Area MyTIM of the TIM official website, from IVR 40916 or from Customer Service 119.
Furthermore, since they are ad personam offers, they can be deactivated at any time, but can no longer be reactivated if they are not offered again.
If the TIM customer has not been selected in these days, it is not excluded that he may be selected in the coming weeks. The same goes for those who receive the opportunity to activate one of these offers as it is not excluded that this will also be available in the following days. In these three offers listed there are no activation costs. These ad personam offers automatically renew every month after activation, unless deactivated free of charge.
The offer xTE 200 5Glike the other offers in the same range xTE 5G, are enabled for 5G navigation up to 2 Gbps in download and 150 Mbps in upload. TIM’s 5G service is being implemented and is available in some areas of the cities reached and on enabled devices.
For offers with unlimited minutes, the operator assumes non-good faith use in case of exceeding 18000 minutes. In case of bundle with “Unlimited gigabytes“, the operator assumes unconfirmed use if more than 600 Gigabytes of data traffic are used per month.
Internet traffic included in the offer will be counted in advance increments of 1 KB and valid for Internet use, in Italy, on APN wap.tim.it (for BlackBerry it is blackberry.net) with hotspot service and VoIP and Peer to Peer applications included.
The minutes of traffic included in these offers are valid for national traffic and traffic generated in roaming from other European Union countries towards all mobile numbers and all fixed network numbers in Italy and the rest of the EU countries and do not contribute to the reaching discount thresholds and bonuses linked to other offers.
SMS can be used in Italy and in European Union countries. If the SMS bundle provided in the offer is exceeded, the conditions of the basic tariff profile apply.
In the rest of the European Union countries, there is a monthly limit for data traffic as required by law (for the whole of 2024, unless anticipated, with xTE 200 5G are expected 20 Giga per month).
If this limit is exceeded, browsing in EU Roaming will be 0.184 euro cents for each MB consumed (charging in 1KB increments) until the offer is renewed.
In case of non-renewal for insufficient creditany TIM mobile offer is suspended for up to a maximum of 180 days and the TIM customer will pay as per consumption according to the basic tariff profile and until the remaining credit is exhausted. To take advantage of the TIM options, the SIM must have a credit greater than zero.
If the Always Connected service is active on the mobile line, in case of exhausted credit, the customer will be able to call, send SMS and surf without limits in Italy and EU countries at the price of 0.90 euros per day, up to a maximum of 2 consecutive days.
The tariff offers of telephone operators may be subject to unilateral changes over time. In these cases, the operator notifies the customer one month in advance as required by current legislation.
