MORE DEFINITE SHAPES – The Mitsubishi ASX It’s a crossover 423 long cm which derives from the Renault Captur (the differences are minimal): the two houses are part of an alliance. Another new feature is the introduction of the Android Automotive operating system for the multimedia system (it also integrates with Apple iPhones). AND responsive and quick when executing commands and allows you to download many apps from the Google Play Store (Spotify, YouTube Music). The range of assistance systems is also improved, which now also includes a warning against falling asleep. Semi-autonomous driving is available in the richer automatic versions.
IDEAL FOR FOUR – For the rest, everything unchanged: we confirm the remarkable habitability of the Mitsubishi ASXwith the useful sofa that slides forward up to 16 cm and allows you to recover another 69 liters of capacity in the trunkwhose standard capacity (with the backrest in the vertical position) starts from 332 litres. Added to this are the 22 liters guaranteed by the storage compartments in the doors and by the central armrest between the driver and front passenger.
PETROL ONLY – The Mitsubishi ASX there is only petrol (even in more hybrid versions). The 3-cylinder turbo 1.0combined with a six-speed manual gearbox, develops 91 HP. We then move on to a 1.3 turbo with 12 volt mild hybrid technology that can be had with the gearbox manual with six gears (in this case the four-cylinder has 140 HP) or with the robotic with double clutch and seven speeds (the horsepower is 160). Finally, the 1.6 four-cylinder full hybrid: takes advantage of the particular 4+2 gear robotized transmission, has 145 HP and a 1.26 kWh lithium battery. We are evaluating whether to also provide a 1.0 LPG version and a 1.6 plug-in hybrid (as already in the Renault Captur 2024), but nothing has yet been decided.
