Those who experienced the wonder of the early 2000s certainly know the icon of mobile telephony of that period, a real must, the desire of every teenager (and not only!): we are talking about the Nokia 3310. It had a monochrome screen, a physical keyboard and a battery that could last for weeks on a single charge. Since its inception it has enjoyed enormous success, selling over 125 million units worldwide and has been praised for its reliability and ease of use, quickly becoming a symbol of the cultural status quo.
The Nokia 3310 is a reminder of a time when mobile phones were simple and reliable. It was a phone that could be used to make phone calls, send text messages, and play Snake, and that was all most people asked for. Furthermore, both from a hardware point of view (so much so that it is still considered an indestructible phone) and from a software point of view, it proves to have a truly important capacity for customization times and also for ease of use.
The original model was launched in September 2000 and became known for its robustness, long battery life and simple but effective design. The phone became extremely popular and gained a reputation for reliability and durability. It was one of the best-selling mobile phones in the world and helped define an entire generation of mobile phones.
In 2017, HMD Global launched an updated version of the Nokia 3310, keeping the classic design but introducing some new features, such as a built-in camera, a color display, and the ability to use basic apps like WhatsApp and Facebook. However, the new model was not as successful as the original.
Its production was discontinued in 2005, but it has remained a popular collector’s item.

This allows us to consider it a piece of great value, which, if still functional and we know that today many 3310s are still perfectly usable, makes it a real valuable object in the eyes of enthusiasts of antiques. For this reason, if we are faced with an example of Nokia 3310 which, if it is in excellent condition, can earn up to 80-100 euros. Indeed, if the original documentation of this example has still been preserved and it is still equipped with cables in excellent condition, the price can even exceed 150 euros.
