There Home of Rugby in Cernusco sul Naviglio (Milan) it is an intervention wanted by the Italian Rugby Federation, which obtained 3.35 million euros from the PNRR to which the Municipal Administration added another 1.5 million; work began last year.

The project, signed by the architect Giuseppe De Martino (technical director of Sportium), includes a highly energy efficient building structure and two synthetic pitches, one regulation and one for training (we talked about it in detail in this article).

Mayor Ermanno Zacchetti commented on the visit via his Facebook page (from which the image on the right is taken), thanking the minister for the visit and for his appreciation of the activity of the Cernusco sports movement, also recalling the new projects planned, including the collaboration with the Faculty of Motor Sciences of the State University of Milan which benefits from the installations.

The FIR president also participated in the inspection – which was then extended to the other sports facilities adjacent to the construction site – Marzio Innocentias well as councilors and managers.
