Volleyball: territories trophy in CamerinoMacerata wins in the men’s sector, in Ancona the women’s title

changing room, 26 April 2024 – Ancona for the women’s sector and Macerata for the men’s sector are the two teams that won the respective Trofeo dei Territori. Great competitive day in the sports facilities of Camerino, home to the final phase of the 2024 edition which saw the best male and female athletes in the region on the field. The event, organized by the FIPAV Marche Regional Committee and dedicated to the Under 15 male and Under 14 female selections, saw the participation of the youth teams of the four Marche Territorial Committees: Macerata, Ascoli Piceno/Fermo, Ancona and Pesaro.
The women’s title was won by Ancona who prevailed in the decisive match against the Territorial Committee of Ascoli Piceno/Fermo. In third place, however, was Macerata who won the direct clash against Pesaro, again in a hard-fought match, which ended 2-1.
In the men’s sector, Macerata wins, bringing home 3 victories out of 3 matches. In second place Pesaro, then Ascoli Piceno/Fermo and Ancona. The two winning selections confirm last year’s title.
