The lawyer of the director of the weekly «Chi» responds to the alleged «Signorini system» which Fabrizio Corona has been talking about for weeks in his program Falsissimo on YouTube

The lawyer ofThe former Big Brother host speaks for the first time after Tuesday’s interrogation of Fabrizio Corona before the Milan prosecutors who investigated the former paparazzi king for disseminating sexually explicit images. The lawyer Andrea Righi entrusts the thoughts of the editorial director of the weekly to - Chi who assists in this matter.
In recent days Righi has the complaint against Corona was filed with the Prosecutor’s Office in Milan which started the investigation by the deputy prosecutor Alessandro Gobbis and the deputy Letizia Mannella with the registration of the former paparazzi king in the register of suspects for revenge porn. After being interrogated for less than an hour, Corona said he only answered questions about the charges against him for a few minutes and, instead, spoke of the alleged “Signorini system” which he has been talking about for days in his program Falsissimo on YouTube. In essence, blaming the former host of GF for having asked for sexual favors from aspirants and participants to get them into the show broadcast on the Mediaset networks.
Precisely for this reason, on Sunday the police searched Corona’s home in Milan and the headquarters of the Velvet Cut srl company, which produces Falsissimo, and the Velvet production studios in Cologno Monzese.
“It seems to me that we are losing focus on what, to date, is the only crime in dispute, i.e. revenge porn, a case for which the suspect is not Doctor Signorini”, specifies the lawyer Righi, recalling that this is the law which “punishes not only those who disseminate images or videos with sexually explicit content without the consent of the person concerned, but also those who have received these images, after having explicitly and insistently requested them for dissemination purposes”.
How to say: All those who passed the images to him could soon end up under the lens of the Milanese magistrates, together with Corona. «And I don’t think there can be any doubt about the fact that Corona received the images he published from third parties», adds the lawyer, according to whom Corona’s position could also worsen given that «even in the episode aired after the kidnappings, not only the chats but also sexually explicit images were again broadcast. The fact that some of these images were opaque does not detract from the fact that the suspect requested and received them.”
«I learn from press reports that during the interrogation Corona appears to have reported that he has an agency which, upon payment of 50 or 100 thousand euros, deals with “providing the possibility of entering the GF”: I don’t comment, I leave the conclusions to you”, concludes the lawyer.
Corona’s version is accompanied by that of Antonio Medugno, the model and former participant of the GF Vip who reported to Falsissimo that he had suffered alleged unwanted advances in 2022. Medugno filed a complaint against Signorini through his lawyers, Cristina Morrone and Giuseppe Pipicella. He may not be the only one to emerge in the wake of the former paparazzi king. Another former GF is considering whether to sue Anfonso Signorini. This is Gianluca Costantino who claims to have been targeted by Signorini, also in 2022, immediately after the edition of Big Brother that year. «I’m considering what to do with my client. We will decide in the next few days”, declares his lawyer Leonardo D’Erasmo.
But other alleged victims could soon come to light, given that Fabrizio Corona has already said he has received “more than a hundred reports” on his email address.
