Bora in Trieste, gusts up to 120 km/h
Trieste woke up buffeted by a strong Bora wind that began blowing yesterday evening and will continue until this evening or even tomorrow, according to the forecast. The Trieste coast is the most popular. The cold gusts travel at a speed of 100 and even 120 kilometers per hour. The Bora is associated with rain and a drop in temperatures both in the city and in other areas, including mountain ones, of the region. The usual inconveniences caused by strong gusts also occur, such as dehors falling outside the premises, as well as parked scooters and motorbikes. While the materials on the construction sites were prudently anchored, some Christmas decorations, however, flew away, torn from private homes and public establishments.
