Alfonso Signorini is under investigation. The Milan prosecutor’s office has registered the journalist and TV presenter for the hypothesis of crime of sexual violence and extortion. A formal act from the prosecutor’s office, with the prosecutor Alessandro Gobbis and the deputy Letizia Mannella, which follows the complaint, filed on Christmas Eve, by the former Big Brother participant, Antonio Medugno. The first, in fact, to support that system first publicly denounced by Fabrizio Corona: sexual requests and favors in exchange for entry into the broadcast.
Just yesterday Signorini made it known that he had self-suspended from Mediaset due to the accusations received from Fabrizio Corona in an episode of Falsissimo, his gossip format on YouTube. His defenders communicated this, claiming that the decision was taken “as a precaution”. A step backwards that the company said it welcomed.
Precisely after the fuss raised by Corona in recent days, and evidently in view of the judicial process that awaits him, the presenter has changed his defenders by raising the bar. Now representing him are two big names in the forum, Daniela Missaglia and Domenico Aiello. She is among the most experienced lawyers in family and personal law and, having assisted Nina Moric in her separation from ex-husband Fabrizio Corona, she already knows her opponent. But he also followed other separations between celebrities such as those between Stefano Ricucci and Anna Falchi and Gigi Buffon and Alena Seredova.
He, a criminal lawyer, was instead the defender among others of Roberto Maroni in the case of the alleged irregularities in contracts relating to Expo 2015 and Eupolis, and today the lawyer of the former deputy prosecutor of Pavia, Mario Venditti, accused of corruption for one strand of the Garlasco case. Signorini therefore relies on a couple of powerful defenders in the context of “the complex affair which sees him as the victim of serious and continuous criminal conduct” as they define the case in question.
